Ordering Medicines
How do I place an order at Pinoymeds?
Browse our catalogue, add the medicines you need to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For prescription medicines, you will need to upload a valid prescription from a licensed Philippine physician. Our pharmacists will verify your prescription before processing the order.
Do I need a prescription to order?
Prescription-only medicines (Rx) require a valid prescription from a licensed physician. Over-the-counter (OTC) wellness products do not require a prescription. You can check each product page to see if a prescription is needed.
Are the medicines on Pinoymeds authentic?
Yes. All medicines sold on Pinoymeds are sourced directly from certified manufacturers and authorised distributors. We comply with Philippine FDA regulations and maintain strict quality standards. Our specialty medicines are imported under valid FDA Import Permits.
Can I order specialty cancer or rare disease medicines?
Yes. Pinoymeds specialises in hard-to-find specialty medicines including oncology, hepatology, and rare disease treatments. Many of these are out of stock in regular pharmacies. Contact us if the medicine you need is listed as out of stock — we can arrange procurement.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Metro Manila takes 2–4 business days. Provincial deliveries take 3–7 business days. Specialty medicines that require procurement may take longer — our team will advise you of the estimated timeframe when you place your order.
Do you deliver nationwide in the Philippines?
Yes, we deliver to all areas in the Philippines through our trusted courier partners. Cold-chain medicines are shipped with appropriate temperature-controlled packaging. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders — check the checkout page for the current free shipping threshold.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, GCash, and other digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely. See our Payment Methods & FAQs page for the full list.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health regulations, we generally do not accept returns on opened medicines. Returns are accepted in cases of damaged goods, incorrect items shipped, or quality defects. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, contact us at our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Prescriptions & Safety
How do I upload my prescription?
During checkout, you will be prompted to upload a photo or scan of your valid prescription. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF. Prescriptions must be clearly legible and issued by a licensed Philippine physician.
What if my medicine is out of stock?
Many specialty medicines show as “Out of Stock” but can still be procured on request. Click the “Ask For Price” or “Inquire” button on the product page to send us a request. Our team will contact you with availability and estimated delivery timeline.
Are senior citizens and PWDs entitled to discounts?
Yes. In compliance with Philippine law, we offer senior citizen and PWD discounts on qualifying medicines. Please see our Senior Citizen & PWD Discount page for eligibility and how to avail this benefit.
Account & Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the Shipment Tracking page or through your My Account & Orders page.
