Description

Introducing LuciPona (Ponatinib), a potent kinase inhibitor explicitly designed for adult patients facing challenging forms of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ALL). Each tablet contains 16.03mg of Ponatinib HCl, equating to 15mg of Ponatinib, ensuring precise dosing for optimal efficacy. LuciPona is indicated for patients in the chronic phase of CML who have shown resistance or intolerance to at least two prior kinase inhibitors. It is also effective for those in the accelerated phase (AP) or blast phase (BP) of CML and for patients with no other kinase inhibitors available. Additionally, LuciPona is specially formulated for T315I-positive CML and T315I-positive Ph+ALL, providing critical support when other treatment options are limited.
