Description

Active Ingredient: Each film-coated tablet contains Erdafitinib 4 mg.

Indications: LuciErda is a kinase inhibitor used for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (mUC) in adult patients with:

Susceptible FGFR3 or FGFR2 genetic alterations, and
Disease progression during or after at least one prior platinum-based chemotherapy (including within 12 months of neoadjuvant/adjuvant platinum therapy).

Dosage & Administration:

Confirm FGFR alterations via testing before starting treatment.
The recommended starting dose is 8 mg once daily, taken orally.
- May be increased to 9 mg daily if predefined criteria are met.
Swallow tablets whole, with or without food.
