LuciEntre 100 mg Capsule

Description

Active Ingredient: Each LuciEntre capsule contains Entrectinib 100mg.

Indications: LuciEntre is a kinase inhibitor prescribed for the treatment of:

1. ROS1-Positive Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC):

   • For adult patients with ROS1-positive metastatic NSCLC, as confirmed by an FDA-approved test.

2. NTRK Gene Fusion-Positive Solid Tumors:

   • For adults and pediatric patients (12 years and older) with solid tumors that:

     • Have a neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusion (detected by an FDA-approved test) without known resistance mutations.

     • Are metastatic or where surgery could cause severe complications.

     • Have progressed after prior therapy or have no satisfactory alternative treatments.

Note: The NTRK indication is approved under accelerated approval based on tumor response rate and durability. Continued approval may depend on further clinical trials confirming its benefits.
